Customized Luggage Tags – Event Swag

This summer, event swag was killing it in Houston. Hundreds of Houston-area Realtors and prospective clients took advantage of the exclusive access granted at the Grand Opening of the “Sienna in Bloom” Model Home Showcase in Missouri City, Texas. This Model Home Village consists of 14 stunning models from multiple builders. During this event, Realtors stopped by our model home and were treated with customized luggage tags as event swag!

While guests expected to see expert craftsmanship, elevated decor, and pantries that make us wonder how we have survived in this world without, they did not expect to be gifted a personalized luggage tag in return for visiting the Shea Homes Model. Word spread quickly and guests flocked into and through the home.

During this 4 hour event activation, I met and customized luggage tags for 150 Realtors and friends. What struck me was how genuine and friendly this crowd was. People wanted to watch as I created their gift. They were eager to network with me and each other and made the event a lot of fun and a huge success.

My favorite part of every event is overhearing the reactions as guests pick up their items. This event was no different. Actual responses overheard:

• “WAIT. You did this by hand?!”
• “Oh my goodness this is beautiful!”
• “This is actually really useful swag.”

I’m grateful to Sophia and Brittany who are killing it in their Community Relations roles with Shea Homes by wooing clients with a token from the event that will last!
